The Meister Cook Stainless Steel Insert for Crispy Chicken A-11005 is designed to hold breaded chicken patties crispy in the Meister Cook Hot Hold®. It is fully made from high quality Stainless Steel SS304, electropolished and resistance welded. Six (6) wire prongs in a shape of an cursive M for easy grip of the chicken patties are mode from 8 gauge wires (.12") and angled 40 degrees to maximize food holding capacity. The wire prongs are attached to a wire frame and lift bars for additional stability.
Accessories, such as food pans, pan inserts and similar items do not fall under an equipment warranty. There is no accessories warranty. These accessories are used commonly every day in restaurant operations and cannot be returned. Customer can claim shipping damage on new accessories should these have arrived damaged.
